E and F Services LLC offers exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Solar panel cleaning

  • Bird proofing and nest prevention

  • Roof, window, and gutter cleaning

  • Pressure washing

All services are provided to residential and commercial clients in Modesto, CA and surrounding areas.

2. Service Appointments & Estimates

  • Free estimates are provided upon request.

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

  • Clients must provide safe access to all areas where work will be performed.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing is agreed upon prior to service.

  • Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your property, E and F Services LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces

  • Damage caused by weather or unsafe conditions outside our control

  • Issues arising from improper installation of solar panels, roofing, or gutters prior to service

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any delicate surfaces or areas requiring special care before service begins.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure pets and children are kept clear of work areas during service.

  • Provide accurate information about the property and access requirements.

  • Notify us of any issues within 48 hours of service completion.

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive emails, texts, or calls related to quotes, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
